BC Ferries - Adding Injury to Insult

It would appear that my humour tag is going to have to wait.

David Hahn won't be satisfied until he gets my whole pay cheque!

When I moved to the mainland two years ago, my travel expenses (ferry and parking) per week totalled about $52.50

Now they total $71.60

That is an increase of just over 36%

My raise over that time was just about 3% for which I took other concessions.

My travel costs have gone from about 7% of my wages to almost 10%

Now Mr. American Corporate Thief is trying to pick my pocket for yet another fuel surcharge AFTER the price of fuel has started dropping and they have tendered a profit of $63 million for the last quarter.

Needless to say, I will be bending the ear of the BC Ferries Commissioner all the way back. In addition, Daveykins will be feeling the sharp side of my tongue - and NOT in a good way.
